Since 2022, we have committed two million dollars of private capital to downtown Taylorville by acquiring six historic commercial buildings, restoring landmark properties, launching successful small businesses.
1887 Restoration
Unlike many development projects, our investment is long-term. We are owners, operators, and community partners who have chosen to invest our own resources because we believe Taylorville's historic downtown is one of its greatest economic assets.
